New Award Winning Chili using venison MADE THIS TONIGHT FOR A COOK OFF DOUBLED THE RECIPE NO JALAPENO BROWNED MEAT WITH PEPPERS & ONIONS 2 TBSP MINCED GARLIC THEN PUT IN CROCK POT ON HIGH FOR 3 HOURS won the cook off btw ;)

New Because I have only found Adobo Seasoning in the store once . here is my new version. (I only use 1 tablespoon of Salt and add more salt if needed recipie that I am using Adobo for)

New Oven fajitas recipe. Made this tonight with my own spin on it. Frozen veggies, used both chicken and steak and seasoned with McCormick fajita seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Made Goya rice and black beans for a side. All topped with hot salsa. Didn't waste calories on tortillas. Took 25 mins start to finish. Bake on 400
